At Perfume Box, we want you to find your perfect signature scent; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original designer box and use protective cushioning to ensure the glass bottle remains intact during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
