Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on Perfume Box are 100% authentic originals from the official designers. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where temperature fluctuations occur.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original cellophane packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Perfume Box ships to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your specific location.
What is the difference between EDT and EDP?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%) and lasts longer, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) for a lighter, more subtle scent.
Can I get a sample before committing to a full bottle?
We offer a selection of 2ml and 5ml decant samples for most of our luxury scents so you can test them on your skin before purchasing a full-sized bottle.
